Description
This DEXPack (formerly Product Pack) includes instructions that provide a survey to the end user during the uninstallation of software through a Software Reclaim rule.

Setup

This DEXPack contains instruction.

Upload the DEXPack with the help of Product Pack Deployment Tool or directly by clicking on Upload button from Instruction set in 1E Platform.

Create an Instruction Set named Software Reclaim and move the instruction from Unassigned Set to this set, unless you use Product Pack Deployment Tool which creates it automatically. Do not change the name as Reclaim solutions is designed to fetch instructions from this set only.

This pack includes a template that can be used as a guide to create instructions as per the requirement, since each instruction is dedicated to a single software title.

When updating an instruction, do not delete it. Instead, we recommend performing an in-place update.

Description
This instruction displays the Reclaim options notification to the logged-in user, informing them about a specific product that may be eligible for reclaim. The notification includes a customizable title, description, product details (such as name, cost, and product description), and a reason text explaining why the user might want to keep the software. This is intended to prompt user action, such as keeping or uninstalling the softwareand the response will send to 1E Solutions for further actions.
Readable Payload
Show Reclaim options notification to the logged-in user with title %Title% and description %Description%, for the product %ProductName% (Cost: %Cost%, Product Desc: %ProductDesc%). Display reason %ReasonText% in the notification area for retaining the software.
