Description
Several 1E customers have successfully avoided the Crowdstrike BSOD issues using this methodology.
To prevent the Crowdstrike blue screen issue of July 19th 2024 you need to:
- Use the Crowdstrike console to disable anti-tampering
- Run the instruction below.
The instruction will find and rename the relevant .sys files, preventing machines blue screening.
This is preventative. IF machines are already blue-screening, the operating system will crash before starting the 1E client, so a manual fix is required.

Description
This instruction will find and rename the .sys files required to prevent the Crowdstrike BSOD issue of July 2024. Please ensure the crowdstrike anti-tampering is disabled before use.
